Fresh Kitchen Orlando

Fresh Kitchen is hands down the absolute best chain known to man. I started traveling to Orlando 3 years ago for work. I was working with a nutritionist and looking to be able to grab food while working that was both nutritious and decision - all while being gluten intolerant. When I was introduced to Fresh Kitchen, my life was forever changed. When I am in town for work, I eat FK for lunch and dinner EVERYDAY. The food options allow for me to stay within my dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor....gluten free, hormone free, and they don't use refined sugar. The customer service is always 10/10. I am convinced that the food is so god because their employees always seem happy to serve and work together. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alanna. She took time to help me find the best options to get the best bang for my buck. I love that when you dine in, someone from the staff will come by to make sure that everything is good. After sitting down, Alanna stopped by our table to say hello and mention that she remembered myself and a coworker from the other day. She thanked us for coming back and offered us some cookies. My only complaint with FK is that it is only in Florida. How am I supposed to convince my boyfriend that we need to pack up our lives in the Midwest to move to Florida so that I am buy a catering order every week to feed us? Suggestions?

I’ve been here twice and loved it! They have a very different approach to healthy food. Spiced are a bit eastern Asian which I love. I just think it’s a bit over priced

Fresh Kitchen absolutely wowed us at our The Future of Weddings: Insights from Vegas event! They provided their popular four-bowl options, featuring an incredible selection of salmon, steak, and chicken, along with delicious vegetarian choices that were a hit with everyone. The freshness and flavor of each dish were unmatched, and the variety ensured every guest found something to enjoy. Their juice FRESCA was another standout—it was refreshing, flavorful, and perfectly complemented the meal. Of course we cannot forget dessert, with their incredible GF Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies. If you're looking for catering that delivers amazing food with diverse options and exceptional service, Fresh Kitchen is a must-have for your next event!

If you have been to Bolay this place is much better. This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have a very good selection and I’ve never had a bad meal here. The food tastes very fresh. They have different types of meats and vegetables. From what I can tell too the drinks are very unique and they use glucose instead of high fructose corn syrup which is big for me.

I love fresh kitchen. The place is always clean, the employees are friendly, and the food yaste great & is jjust like its name FRESH! I come maybe 2x per week. And they never fail, even if i come 15min before closing. I will get the cauliflower mash recipe one day!

The service is always great and exquisite. The whole team is great, and always take such care and pay athention to the minor details to make my experience great. Jocelyn, Tanya, Rachel, Kasey are all super duper nice and knowledgeable and can guide you to make a very nice combo. I love visiting this Fresh Kitchen because the customer service is unlike any other places.

Great food, consistent across the franchises. Probably one of the heather versions of fast food. Their service is quick and professional. Tables clean and staff friendly. They have couple of new people so please be patient. Prices are higher but that is expected with higher quality/controlled food. I will be coming back to this place, very convenient and heathy option. Their cookies, coffee, and cold press juices are great too! P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.
